We currently ship exclusively within India. Orders outside India are not supported at this time.
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, to ensure the best shipping option for your location.
Currently, we offer standard delivery only.
Free shipping is provided for all orders with a total invoice value of ₹1,000 or more.
For orders below ₹1,000, shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
Standard delivery typically takes 5-6 business days from the date your order is shipped.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier partner availability, or seasonal and festival delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Currently, there are no shipping restrictions within India.
We reserve the right to modify this in the future based on operational considerations.
Velka takes full responsibility for any product that is lost or damaged during transit.
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Please report any damaged or lost shipments to team@thevelka.com immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
All paddles are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in resellable condition.
During peak seasons, holidays, or festivals, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
