At Velka, we stand behind the quality of our paddles. Each paddle is crafted with precision and care, designed to perform at the highest level. To give you complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.


1. Warranty Registration

Once you complete your purchase from the official Velka website, your product is automatically registered for warranty, no extra steps needed.

If you’ve purchased through any other authorized partner, please retain your proof of purchase for warranty verification.


2. What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including:

  • Structural cracks or breaks not caused by misuse

  • Core crushing not caused by misuse

  • Delamination or surface defects resulting from the manufacturing process

  • Any other issue directly caused by a manufacturing defect, not by wear and tear

If a covered defect is confirmed, Velka will repair, replace, or refund the paddle at our sole discretion.


3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading, minor chips)

  • Damage caused improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents

  • Unauthorized modification or repair

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or chemicals

  • Commercial or institutional use (e.g., rental, coaching academies, clubs)


4. How to Claim Warranty

If you face an issue with your paddle, simply email us at warranty@thevelka.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address and Phone Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

  • Purchase Date

Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and guide you through the next steps.


5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Customer will cover all shipping costs for return and replacement.


6. Resolution Timeline

Once your claim is approved, most warranty cases are fully resolved within 10 business days, including inspection and replacement processing.


7. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Velka’s liability is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or refund of the paddle.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of playtime, tournament fees, or related costs.

To ensure smooth processing, please contact Velka Support before sending any product back.

Returns sent without prior approval or return authorization will not be eligible for inspection or refund, and Velka cannot assume responsibility for such items.
