  • If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or store credit (your choice).

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for the 30-Day Guarantee:

  • The paddle must be in resellable condition.

  • Minor wear from light play is acceptable, since we understand you may have tried it out.

  • The paddle must be returned with its original packaging.

  • Heavily damaged or excessively worn paddles are not eligible.

  • All returns are subject to a manual inspection by Velka to confirm eligibility.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return your paddle within 30 days of purchase, Velka will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you return your paddle after 30 days, you may still request a return (subject to approval), but shipping costs will be your responsibility.

4. Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose between:

  • Full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit for future purchases at Velka.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

  3. Our team will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

6. Exceptions

The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Paddles that are heavily damaged due to misuse or neglect.

  • Products returned without proof of purchase.

  • Orders beyond the 30-day return window (unless otherwise approved).

7. Important Note

All returns require prior written authorization from Velka.

Any product shipped to us without authorization will be refused, unprocessed, and not eligible for claim consideration. Velka assumes no liability for such items.
